At UO Nutrition, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review the following guidelines to determine your eligibility for a return or exchange. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for supplements within 14 days of order fulfillment. Condition:

    • Opened supplements: Eligible for store credit only.

    • Unopened supplements: Eligible for a full refund or store credit.

    • Damaged product/errors: Eligible for full refund with proof of damage/error.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for supplements within 30 days of order fulfillment.

  • Items must be returned in their original (unopened) condition to qualify for an exchange.
